Lanolin, medicinal 

Lanolin is a wax, and is originally won from the fat of sheep’s wool. Through its compatibility with the skin, it is used in the production of creams, salves, ointment, and emulsions. It makes creams smooth and is absorbed well by the skin.

Lemon extract  is won from the lemon rind. It has astringent and toning qualities, and most frequently used for impure skin.

The Litchi  tree is a large evergreen planted in Asia since 2000 years for its fruits. The extract won out of the pulp is rich in glucose, fructose and sucrose. It has hydrating, soothing and coating abilities. The contained fruity acids have a gentle keratolytic effect.

Lotus  is an important component of the Chinese herbal medicine. The Lotus  flower is the sign for purity in Buddhism and possessed magic powers for the inhabitants of the ancient world. The white Lotus  flower stands for purity, as is brilliant white. Dust and dirt simply repel off the flower, and here they speak of the so called "Lotus  effect". The ultra pure extract of the Japanese Lotus  blossom was already used in Japanese care products centuries ago. The contained polyphenol and flavonoide protect and care for the skin. They strengthen the capillary vessels, diminish redness and infections.
