FACE
After your skincare regime as usual, apply Make-up Base to even out your skin and create a smooth base for your foundation. Let it settle for a few seconds, and then apply Hydra Mineral Compact Foundation no. 40 very lightly with the integrated sponge, or, even better, with the Premium Kabuki Brush. I prefer using the latter, since it gives a natural, barely-there effect.
Tip: For more coverage, dampen the sponge or brush with Oxyvital Tonic Spray.
Add a touch of Mineral Fluid Concealer no. 9 under the eyes and in the centre of the face for some more coverage, and blend well. For that glow on the high points of the face, use a very small amount of Eyeshadow no. 213
EYES
Start with our trusted friend Eyeshadow Base all over the eyelid, and along the lower lash-line with a cotton bud. Start off by blending Eyeshadow no. 213 the inner two thirds of mobile eyelid, the inner corner of the eye and the brow-bone. This will create a 'spotlight' effect on your eyes, since it is a warm, soft, glowing light color. Next, apply Eyeshadow no. 209 on the outer corner, and blend softly inwards. Use the same color in the crease, making sure to blend very well. Now take Eyeshadow no. 89 just above the crease, and blend it very well, making sure that there is a smooth transition from brown to aubergine.
Line the outer half of the bottom lash-line with the Soft Eye Liner waterproof no. 16, and smudge it well with Eyeshadow no. 209 for even more depth. Now it’s time for the beautiful, dramatic sweep of eyeliner; our gorgeous High Precision Liquid Liner is finally available in brown! Start thin on the inner corner, and thicken the liner as you go out, ending in a discreet, thin flick.
Go through your eyebrows with the Eyebrow Filler for extra definition. For the lashes, start off with Lash Booster, let dry for a few seconds, and then apply the all-new Art Couture Lash Designer for perfectly separated, long lashes. Thanks to the Lash Booster, one coat of mascara will look thrice as luscious and thick.
LIPS
Since the eyes are rather dramatic, we went lighter on the lips: start off with Lifting Lip Stylo. This will add an amazing smoothness to your lips. Next, line your lips with Mineral Lip Styler no. 17, then fill in your entire lip. Finish off by slicking on the new color of Hydra Lip Booster no. 40. This will give your lips a beautiful creamy shine, and supplies a lot of moisture.
Blusher
Finish off with a touch of Blusher no. 36, a beautiful plum-pink color that adds a touch of floral freshness to any complexion. The color is buildable, meaning that blending a very small amount will also work with very pale complexions without looking too harsh, but can be built up to full-on drama.
Nails
This look is elegantly rounded off with the Ceramic Nail Lacquer no. 07. Apply Gloss & Repair Top Coat to seal the colored lacquer.
