FACE
Prepare your skin with your skincare regime as usual. Starting with clean, freshly moisturized skin will always provide the best results. After blotting off any excess moisturiser, smooth out your complexion with the Makeup Base, which will give your face a fabulous dewy feeling. Apply it with your fingers or with the Makeup Brush, and let it absorb for a few moments. This look is all about a softly glowing, cashmere complexion and boldly accentuated lips and eyes, with pronounced contouring and highlighting, and the perfect base for this is the High Performance Lifting Foundation. For a natural effect, you can use it with your fingers, blending it into the skin like you would with a moisturiser. For more coverage, feel free to use the Makeup Brush or a sponge.
Use the lightest touch of Perfect Teint Concealer no. 9 under the eyes to add a touch of discreet radiance, and the new color (no. 6) on the high points of the face (cheekbones, chin, centre of forehead and bridge of the nose) to highlight. Set everything with the lightest touch of Fixing Powder.
To achieve the slender contoured cheeks and nose in the poster, use the darker half of the Bronzing Powder Compact no. 3, and blend it into the hollow of your cheek with the Blusher Brush. Using the Eyeshadow Brush Large, do the same on the sides of the nose, from the inner tip of the eyebrows to the top of the nostrils. Blend well; it has to look like a natural shadow, not a stripe of bronzer! To get that sheen on the centre of the face, use your finger to blend a tiny amount of Eyeshadow no. 27 down the bridge of the nose, on top of the Cupid’s bow and in the centre of the forehead.
EYEBROWS
Fill in the eyebrows with the new Eyebrow Filler, which is a lightly pigmented eyebrow mascara to enhance your eyebrows. If your eyebrows are sparse, or have areas than need to be filled in, use the Eyebrow Powder no. 3.
EYES
Prepare your eyes with ARTDECO Eyeshadow Base to make powder eyeshadows highly long-lasting.
Use the Soft Eye Liner Waterproof no. 60 to draw a thick line along the top lash-line, and three fourths of the way along the lower lash-line, and blend well with the angled Eyebrow Brush. Now use the Eye Designer no. 67 on top of it, all over the mobile eyelid till just past the crease, and wing it out a little bit for a subtle cat’s eye effect. Blend very well with the Eyeshadow Brush small, and with the same brush, apply Eyeshadow no. 268 very lightly along the edge of the colour, just to give it some more dimension.
To highlight, use Eyeshadow no. 08 softly on the brow bone, and more intensely on the inner corner. The magnetic, limited edition ARTDECO Beauty Box in exotic croc design is ideal for the combination of your favorite eyeshadows and blusher.
To finish off, curl your lashes with the Profi Eyelash Curler, and apply a thin coat of Lash Booster to give more oomph to your lashes. Finish off with a coat or two of All in One Mascara.
LIPS
Prepare the lips with the Lifting Lip Base to make your lip colour pop out a bit more, while filling out any fine lines and wrinkles thanks to the patented ingredient MaxiLip™, and let it dry for a moment. Contour the lips with the Soft Lip Liner waterproof no. 11 to prevent any bleeding or feathering, and apply High Performance Lipstick no. 445 all over the lip with the Profi Lip Brush. For the soft, silvery-blue shimmer on the centre of the lip, add a touch of High Performance Lipstick no. 487, blending it into the other colour.
BLUSHER
To complete the look, apply a soft touch of the new Blusher no. 46 to the apples of your cheek and blend well.
