Waterproof Gel Eyeliner

With only one application of Gel Eyeliner a natural or dramatic accentuation of the eyes is possible. The texture dries quickly, does not smudge and gives you a classic and matte finish. It looks perfect even hours after applying it due to the long-lasting foundation. Carbon-black pigments provide highly-pigmented results, even when drawing a very fine line. The Gel Eyeliner is waterproof, free of mineral oil, paraffin and parabenes.

"I have been drawing an intense-black classic cat-eye line for over twenty years... It's a bit of an obsession for me. My Gel Eyeliner and Art Couture Eyeliner brush are the easiest way for me to get that perfectly shaped winged eyeliner. To perfect the art of creating this look, it takes patience, a steady hand and practice! Look down into your mirror until you have an clear view of your eyelid. Start with a thin line at the inside corner, slowly working your way to the outside corner, taking care not to draw the line too thick just yet. I like to start creating the shape while keeping a thin line until I decide how thick I want it to be. I go back and forth slowly working on one eye and then the other, noticing where I need to draw more thickly to make the shapes match each other. I check the eyeliner from different angles with a hand mirror until I feel they are a close match. Practice makes perfect! Even when I don't wear my eyeliner for a few days, I lose my technique, so keep at it!" Dita Von Teese

Apply using the Art Couture Eyeliner Brush. Pick up a small amount of eyeliner with the tip of the brush, and wipe off any excess onto a cosmetic tissue if necessary. Draw a line as close as possible to your top lashes. For a thin line, use the tip of the brush; for a thicker line, tilt the brush, using the entire length of the bristles. Close jar firmly after use. To remove Gel Eyliner use  ARTDECO Eye Makeup Remover. If you’re not used to using eyeliner, draw the line in short dashes, or draw dots and join them.
