Astaxanthin

Astaxanthin is an orange-red natural coloring which is found in nature and responsible for the coloring in crabs as well as algae.  Astaxanthin belongs to the group of Carotinoides.  It has a very high anti-oxidative effect and is one of the most effective catchers of free radicals.
